WNW is a participating telehealth provider making it easy for you to fit in appointments from the convenience of your home, office, or any quiet place with good internet. Our HIPPA-compliant app can be used from your computer, tablet, or phone!

Depending on your insurance coverage, most WNW patients pay nothing at all! Before you get started, we’ll verify your coverage and confirm what your out-of-pocket costs will be (if any). We also offer self-pay sessions. Contact WNW today to learn more.
Family Nutrition:
If your children or spouse/partner is on the same insurance plan they likely have the same coverage and our work can be family-oriented.
For example, if a parent and child both have an Aetna or Cigna plan, they each respectfully have the baseline number of FREE sessions you can meet with them as a family. If a parent has younger children, the dietitian can meet with the parent only for nutritional support for the younger family member.
Regarding privacy, anything said in private by an adult in session with the RD is legally bound to the HIPPA (privacy) act and cannot be repeated to another person without express permission.
Regarding privacy for older minors, an agreement is outlined between the parents, RD, and older minor regarding privacy, and the RD honors the agreement established. This agreement is family-specific, meaning your family decides how they want to handle privacy with older minors.
